摘要 以Mn-Ni-Mo-Ti-B为主要合金系,研制出了一种能够适用于X100超高强度管线钢埋弧焊焊丝。该焊丝与相应的BG-SJ101H2焊剂匹配,依据GB/T 12470—2003《埋弧焊用低合金钢焊丝和焊剂》要求,经熔敷金属试验检测,屈服强度685 MPa,抗拉强度780 MPa,-40℃冲击功均在27 J以上;通过X100钢管埋弧焊接后,焊缝外观形貌和工艺性能良好,力学性能优良,抗拉强度在780 MPa以上,-10℃冲击功为100 J,实现了焊缝高强度和高韧性的良好匹配,能够满足X100埋弧钢管性能要求。 Adopting Mn-Ni-Mo-Ti-B as main alloy system, a kind of SAW welding wire was developed, which can be applied to X100 ultra high strength pipeline steel. This welding wire is compatible with the corresponding BG-SJ101H2 flux. According to the standard requirements of Low-alloy Steel Electrodes and Fluxed for Submerged Arc Welding GB/T 12470-2003, through test of deposited metal, the result showed that the yield strength is 685 MPa, the tensile strength is 780 MPa , and the impact energy value is more than 27 J under-40℃After X100 steel pipe SAW welding, all the weld appearance, processing performance and mechanical properties are good, the tensile strength is more than 780 MPa, and the impact toughness is 100 J at-10℃. It realized good matching with high strength and high toughness, and can meet the requirements of X100 SAW pipe performance.
