摘要
[目的]明确不同播期、品种和农药对油菜根肿病的控制效果,选择并优化栽培方案。[方法]利用正交试验设计,研究播期、品种、农药这3种因素及其组合对油菜根肿病病情指数的综合效应。[结果]结果表明,在油菜苗期,农药对根肿病防治效果较好;到了油菜薹期,播期的影响较大;而到了成熟期,品种的影响较大。[结论]优化结果表明,选用10月5日,10%氰霜唑,汇油50组合对油菜根肿病的防治效果最好。
[Objective] The aim was to define the control effect of different sowing dates, varieties and pesticides to rape clubfoot disease, choose and optimize cultivation scheme. [Method] The comprehensive effect of planting date, fungicides, variety and their combination on the disease index of rape clubroot were studied by means of orthogonal test. [Result]The results showed that fungicides presented well effect on the prevention and cure of clubroot during seedling period. While rape entered stem enlonged period, planting date played grate role in disease index of clubfoot. In maturation stage, the disease index of clubroot would be influenced seriously by variety. [Conclusion]According to the results of experiment, the combinational application of the date of October 5th, 10% cyazofamid and Huiyou50 displa- yed the best effect on the prevention and cure of clubroot.
