摘要
草鱼是我国重要的大宗常规养殖品种,生长速度快,池塘养殖易获得高产,且消费市场需求量大。但是由于草鱼对养殖水质要求高,自身抗病力低,尤其是苗种死亡率高,严重影响养殖产量和效益。采取疫苗免疫技术,对苗种注射疫苗,可以有效提高苗种成活率,提高抗病力。从人工免疫防疫技术原理、疫苗保存方法、疫苗注射方法及免疫注射后管理等方面阐述了草鱼病害免疫防控技术,为草鱼生产提供了参考。
Grass carp was a kind of im- portant conventional cultured fish in our Country with its fast growth, the high output of aquaculture in farm ponds and the large demand of consumption market. However, the high requirements of grass carp aquaculture on water quality and the low disease self-resistance, especially the high mortality, seriously affected the out- put and benefit of grass carp aquaculture. The adoption of immune techniques and the injection of vaccine into the fry could effectively increase the survival rate of such fay and improve its disease-resis- tance ability. The immune control tech- niques of grass carp diseases were elaborated from the following aspects, in- eluding technical principles artificial im- mune disease prevention, preservation methods of vaccine, injection method of vaccine, management after immunization and other aspects, for providing a refer- ence for the production of grass carp.
