摘要
文章针对全风化花岗岩性质随地点、环境、气候和土层深度变化而改变的特点,选择武广高速铁路清远段DK 2102+240~DK 2102+303.986区域作为试验路段,进行全风化花岗岩改良土路基现场填筑施工工艺试验研究。对花岗岩全风化层填料的路用性能进行了介绍,针对全风化花岗岩改良土施工工艺流程及质量控制、填筑施工工艺参数以及全风化花岗岩改良土压实标准及质量检测方法等进行了研究,提出了满足高速铁路无砟轨道客运专线路基要求的花岗岩全风化层改良土的最佳掺和料及配比、填筑施工工艺及参数、压实标准与质量检测方法等成套技术参数。
As the subgrade deformation for high-speed railway is strictly controlled,the subgrade filler must be improved. At present in China it is rarely reported about the best admixture and ratio,construction technology of improved granitic residual soil used for high-speed railway subgrade fillers.As the fully weathered granite properties is characterized by the change with location,environment,climate and soil depth,we have set a Qingyuan test section at DK 2102 +240 ~DK 2102+303.986 area of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway and made a research on the construction technology of the fully weathered granite improved soil subgrade filling on site.Firstly the pavement performance of the fully weathered granite was introduced herein.Then,the research has been made on the filling construction technologies,the construction technological process and quality control,filling construction technology parameters,and the compaction standard and quality detection methods of the fully weathered granite and the best ratio of admixture,filling construction technology and parameter,compaction standard and quality detection methods thereof are proposed.
