摘要
目前，浙江省正在全面建设的浙东千里海塘，依法实行建设监理制但监理过程中存在着不少实际矛盾，而致使监理质量难以很好保证所谓监理质量，就是监理行使职权的情况相对于有关法规政策及合同内容的到位程度，本文结合钱塘江标准塘工程建设实际。
According to related regulations, the construction supervision system is now carrying of in the constructlon of Zhedong(Easten Zhejiang) seawalls that are under construction. Several practical contradictitns occur in the supervision process that makes the quality of supervision call not be ensured. The quality of supervision here merans the degree of conformity between the actual conditions of seawall construction under the supervision with that specified in laws, regulations;ind contracts. This paper presents the experience of the project owner as how to strengthen the control of the supervision quality in the practice of standardized seawall construction.
