摘要
义乌世贸中心工程包括260m超高层酒店、150m高级住宅2栋、150m公寓式酒店1栋、大型综合商业与配套设施。结合该超高层建筑混凝土泵送实例,介绍了原材料选择、高强混凝土配制、高强混凝土配合比设计及具体超高层混凝土泵送施工技术。实践证明,在超高泵送高强混凝土过程中,通过不断调整混凝土配合比、严格混凝土检测与质量控制,采用高压地泵,合理布置泵管,设置缓冲层等技术措施,取得较好的效果。
The Yiwu World Trade Center project consists of a 260m hotel building, two 150m residential buildings, 150m residence hotel building and large-scale integrated commercial and facilities. Based on the concrete pumping experience for the super-high-rise building, this paper introduces materials selection, preparation, mix proportion design and pumping of high strength concrete. It proves that in the concrete pumping of super-high-rise building, good effect can be achieved through adjusting mix proportion of concrete, strictly controlling the testing and quality, adopting high pressure pumps, and reasonably laying pumping pipes and setting buffer layer.
