摘要
目的探讨合同学习在2型糖尿病患者健康教育中应用的方法及效果。方法自设2型糖尿病患者学习计划,应用该计划对308例2型糖尿病患者进行糖尿病教育,比较教育前后患者对糖尿病相关知识及技能的掌握情况。结果健康教育后患者糖尿病相关知识掌握情况优于教育前(P<0.01),教育后患者测量血糖的技能掌握情况优于教育前(P<0.01),注射胰岛素技能掌握情况教育前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论合同学习计划由患者参与制订健康教育计划,增加了患者的学习主动性,帮助2型糖尿病患者掌握糖尿病相关知识和技能。
Objective To evaluate the effects of learning contract in the health education for patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A study plan was designed for type 2 diabetes patients and applied in the health education of 308 patients. The patients＇ mastery of diabetic knowledge and skills were compared before and after health education. Results After health education,patients＇ mastery of diabetic knowledge and skill of measuring blood sugar were significantly improved than before（P〈0.01）. While no significant difference was found in insulin injection skill before and after health education（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Learning contract allows type 2 diabetic patients to participate in making health education plans,increase their learning motivation,and help them master diabetic knowledge and skills well.
