摘要
目的研究容量分析法测定有效碘含量不确定度来源及影响因素,以提高测定的准确性。方法依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》要求,以络合碘为对象,对有效碘含量测定的不确定度进行分析评定。结果取样液50 ml测定有效碘的扩展不确定度为0.034 g/L,取样液20 ml测定有效碘测的扩展不确定度0.056g/L。取样液50 ml测得有效碘含量均值为5.05 g/L,其合成标准不确定度0.017 g/L,其扩展不确定度为0.034g/L,有效碘含量5.05 g/L±0.034 g/L的测定值更接近真值。结论按规范取样50 ml测定消毒剂有效碘含量比取样液20 ml测定结果更接近真值。
Objective To research the resource and influencing factors of uncertainty assessment of effective iodinein vol- umetric analysis, in order to improve the accuracy of the measurement. Methods According to JJF 1059. 1 - 2012 "meas- urement uncertainty evaluation and expression", the complex iodine as object was measured to analyze uncertainty of effec- tive iodine content evaluation. Results The expanded uncertainty of measure effective iodine by sampling liquid 50ml was O. 034 g/L, by sampling liquid 20 ml was O. 056 g/L. The mean effective iodine content by sampling liquid 50ml was 5.05 g/L, the combined standard uncertainty was 0. 017 g/L, the expanded uncertainty was 0. 034 g/L. Effective iodine content of 5.05 g/L + 0. 034 g/L for the determination of value was closer to the true value. Conclusion According to the stand- ard, sampling 50 ml determination results of effective iodine disinfectant is closer to the true value than liquid sampling 20 ml determination results.
