摘要
目的研究一种血液透析机专用过氧乙酸消毒液杀菌效果及其相关性能。方法用悬液定量、载体浸泡定量杀菌试验以及动物实验方法,对该过氧乙酸消毒液进行实验研究。结果用浓度为500 mg/L该过氧乙酸消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,可完全杀灭。用浓度为1 220 mg/L该过氧乙酸消毒液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15 min,杀灭对数值>3.00。用浓度为2 000 mg/L该过氧乙酸消毒液对模拟现场载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢浸泡作用15 min,杀灭对数值达到6.36。用浓度3 440 mg/L该过氧乙酸消毒液对染有枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的血液透析器浸泡作用180 min,可完全杀灭。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值为1 080 mg/kg(体重);对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论该消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,属低毒级物质。
Objective To study the disinfection efficacy and associated performance of peracetic acid used for hemodialy- sis machine. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test, the carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of this peraeetic acid respectively. Results The Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in the suspension exposed to the 500 mg/L PAA for 5 min were killed completely. The killing log value of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in the suspension exposed to the 1 220 mg/L PAA for 15 min was more than 3.00. In the simulation field trial, the average killing log value of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on carrier immersed in the disinfectant containing PAA 2 000 mg/L for 15min was 6.36. After the soak blood dialyzer contaminated with Bacillus subtilis var. niger immersed in the 3 440 mg/L PAA for 180 rain the Bacillus subtilis var. niger were killed completely. The LDs0 of the PAA in the mouse acute oral toxicity was 1 080 mg/kg bw. The results of mouse bone marrow polychromatic e- rythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. Conclusion The peracetic acid specially used for hemodialysis machine has ex- cellent germicidal efficacy and belongs to lowtoxic class.
