摘要
粒细胞缺乏患者侵袭性肺曲霉病的诊断已为大家所熟悉。但在临床工作中发现,很多肺曲霉病患者没有明显的免疫缺陷,临床表现和实验室检查值也不同于粒细胞缺乏患者。本文就非粒细胞缺乏患者侵袭性肺曲霉病的危险因素、临床表现、影像学改变、实验室检查、诊断和治疗作一概要介绍。
The diagnosis of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis （IPA） in neutropenic patients has been well known. However, many IPA patients have no apparent immunodeifciency and their clinical manifestations and laboratory test results are different from those in neutropenic patients. In this article, the risk factors, clinical features, radiologic manifestations, laboratories, diagnosis and treatment of IPA in non-neutropenic patients are reviewed.
