摘要
由于全密度聚乙烯装置中存在粉末状聚合物,只能选用旋转进料器。文中阐述了旋转进料器的结构特点、控制原理及常见问题。在该装置的旋转进料器应用了液压系统,使生产运行更加平稳。
Rotary feeder has to be used because particulate-form polymer exists in FDPE plant. This paper expounded the structuralfeature,control philosophy and common problems of rotary feeder. The hydraulic system is used in the rotary feeder of this plant,which make production operation more stable.
