矿渣基胶凝材料固化硫砷渣的研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用矿渣基低温陶瓷胶凝材料对硫砷渣进行固化,考察砷渣的石灰预处理、养护条件及砷渣的掺量对固化效果的影响。结果表明:m(石灰)/m(硫砷渣)=0.8是固化硫砷渣最佳的预处理配比;固化体在0.7 MPa压力下养护后强度和As浸出率都较常压养护的好;0.7 MPa压力养护下,随着预处理硫砷渣掺量的增加,固化体的砷浸出浓度逐渐升高,但砷浸出率均低于1%,且预处理硫砷渣掺量小于等于20%时,固化体As浸出浓度能达到国家标准。 Arsenic sulfide residue was solidified using chemically bonded prepared with slag. The influence of pretreatment of arsenic residue with lime, curing conditions and the amount of arsenic residue on arsenic solidification was investigated. It was showed that the best solidification condition were the ratio (the lime to arsenic sulfide residue, wt/wt ) of 0. 8 and curing pressure of 0. 7 MPa. The concentration of arsenic leaching increased slightly with the higher addition amount of arsenic residue pretreated with lime, but the ratio of arsenic leaching was lower than 1%, and the leaching concentration of arsenic could reach the national standard when the addition of arsenic residue pretreated with lime was not more than 20%.
