摘要
将AlCl3(10%)催化萘在200℃恒温5 h制得萘的齐聚物,齐聚物主要为萘的三聚体,并含有四聚体和五聚体;然后通过加入不同比例的供氢剂十氢萘在340℃下恒温5 h热缩聚制得中间相沥青。结果表明:当十氢萘加入量为10%时,所得的沥青中间相含量高(100%),残炭率高(64.1%),软化点较低(190℃),可溶性较强(甲苯可溶组分含量为60.4%,吡啶可溶组分含量为80.2%)。
Mesophase pitch with low softening point has good liquidity at high temperature and is often used in impregnant for car- bon-carbon composite. In this paper mesophase pitch was prepared from the fine naphthalene using AlCl3 as the catalyst. Firstly, the oligomers were prepared from fine naphthalene at the temperature of 200 ℃ for five hours. The oligomers are mainly composed of trimer, and a small amount of tetramer and pentamer of naphthalene. Then, the mesophase pitch was obtained by adding different amount of decahydronaphthalene at the temperature of 340 ℃ for five hours. The results show that the excellent mesophase pitch with 100% anisotropic content was obtained when the addition of the decahydronaphthalene is 10%. The mesophase pitch exhibits the fixing carbon content of 64.1%, soften point of 190 ℃, TS content of 60.4% and PS content of 80.2%.
