摘要
目的:通过观察针刺"天枢"穴对游离肠管大鼠空肠消化间期移行性复合运动(MMC)各时相肠电、肠运动的影响,探讨针刺调节肠运动功能的效应及机制。方法:选用成年SD大鼠16只,采用肠道平滑肌浆膜下电极埋植和浆膜表面高灵敏度应变片传感器缝合技术,再麻醉大鼠,游离肠管,同步记录空肠平滑肌电活动及空肠机械运动,分别在MMCⅠ、MMCⅡ、MMCⅢ时相针刺"天枢"穴,观察对肠电和肠运动的影响。结果:MMCⅠ相,肠电快波在针刺"天枢"穴前后无明显变化,肠电慢波及肠运动的频率和幅值较针刺前基础值相比,均有明显下降(P<0.01);MMCⅡ-Ⅲ相,肠电快、慢波及肠运动的频率和幅值较针刺前基础值相比,均有明显下降(均P<0.01)。针刺"天枢"穴对游离肠管大鼠空肠平滑肌肌电、肠运动均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论:针刺"天枢"穴对游离肠管大鼠空肠MMCⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ时相肠电、肠运动均有明显的抑制,其机制可能在于针刺"天枢"穴主要通过节段性的体表-交感反射通路抑制空肠运动。
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture at "Tianshu" (ST 25) on electro-activity and me- chanical motility at different phases of migrating motor complex (MMC) during jejunal digestion period in rats with detached jejunum, so as to explore the effect and mechanism of acupuncture on regulating intestinal move- ment. Methods Sixteen adult SI) rats were selected. Electrodes were implanted in the serous membrane of intesti- nal smooth muscle and high-sensitivity sensors of strain gauge were sutured on serosal surface, and then the rat was anesthetized and its jejunum was detached. Electro-activity and mechanical motility of jejunal smooth muscle were recorded simultaneously. Acupuncture was applied at "Tianshu" (ST 25) at MMC Ⅰ , MMC Ⅱ and MMC Ⅲ , respectively, to observe its influence on electro-activity and mechanical motility. Results At phase of MMC Ⅰ , there was no obvious change of the fast wave before and after the acupuncture, while the frequency and ampli- tude of slow wave and mechanical motility were both significantly decreased compared with baseline (P〈0.01). At MMC Ⅱ - Ⅲ , the frequency and amplitude of fast wave, slow wave and motility were all significantly decreased compared with baseline (P〈0.01). Acupuncture at "Tianshu" (ST 25) had prohibited effects on electro-activity and mechanical motility of jejunal smooth muscle in rats with detached jejunum. Conclusion Acupuncture at "Tianshu" (ST 25) has obvious prohibited effects on electro-activity and mechanical motility at MMCⅠ , MMC Ⅱ and MMC Ⅲ time phases in rats with detached jejunum. The possible mechanism is that acupuncture at "Tianshu" (ST 25) could prohibit jejunum movement through reflex path of skin-sympathetic
