摘要
目的观察超声用于类风湿性关节炎(RA)治疗后评价的应用价值。方法选取34例RA患者,采用高频超声检测治疗前后膝关节基本数据及血流信号,对数据进行统计学比较。结果治疗前后膝关节的最大积液深度、滑膜厚度、血流信号等指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声用于RA的治疗后评价,能够准确反映治疗后关节积液量、滑膜厚度、滑膜血流量的变化,具有直观、准确、简便、可重复的特点,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the application value of ultrasound for evaluation after treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods 34 patients with RA were selected,and basic data and blood flow signal of knee joint before and after treatment was detected by high-frequency ultrasound,the data were compared statistically. Results There was a statistical difference of maximum depth of effusion,synovial thickness,blood flow signals and other indicators before and after treatment in patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound used for evaluation after treatment can accurately reflect the change of joint effusion quantity,synovial thickness,synovial blood flow after treatment,and it intuitive,accurate,simple and repeatable.h is worthy of popularization and application.
