摘要
目的探讨外固定器结合封闭负压引流技术(VSD)治疗胫腓骨骨折术后感染临床效果,以期提高临床治疗水平。方法选取2010年4月-2013年2月90例胫腓骨骨折术后感染患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,各45例,对照组采用常规处理加外固定架治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用VSD治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效,所有数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果对照组的治愈率为26.67%,总有效率为80.00%;观察组的治愈率为66.67%,总有效率为95.56%;两组患者在清创至创面闭合时间、住院天数、创面闭合率、换药次数、疼痛积分和生存质量上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外固定器结合VSD治疗胫腓骨骨折术后感染临床效果满意,可提高生存质量。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of the external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）on treatment of postoperative infections in patients with tibia and fibula fracture.METHODS From Apr 2010to Feb 2013,a total of 90tibia and fibula fracture patients with postoperative infections were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups,with 45cases in each;the control group was treated with routine treatment plus external fixation,while the observation group was treated with additional VSD on the basis of the treatment in the control group,the therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups,and all the data were statistically analyzed with the use of SPSS13.0software.RESULTS The cure rate was 26.67%in the control group,66.67% in the observation group;the total effective rate was 80.00% in the control group, 95.56%in the observation group.The difference in the time interval from debridement to wound healing,hospitalization duration,rate of wound healing,frequency of dressing,score of pain,or quality of life between the two groups was significant（P＆lt;0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe external fixation combined with VSD can achieve satisfactory effect on treatment of postoperative infections in the tibia and fibula fracture patients and improve the quality of life.
