微波辐射相转移催化合成7-乙氧基-4-甲基香豆素的研究

Study on Synthesis of 7-Ethoxyl-4-methyl Coumarin by Phase Transfer Catalysis under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 以乙酰乙酸乙酯和间苯二酚为原料,使用磷酸作催化剂,在微波催化下,经Pechmann缩合,反应只需10min,就可得到极纯的化合物4-甲基伞形酮,并以此为反应物,用TBAB为相转移催化剂,以丙酮为溶剂,在KOH的催化下,与溴乙烷经Williamson反应,微波辐射65min后,反应完成,处理得到高纯度的7-乙氧基-4-甲基香豆素,收率73.4%,产物经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱分析证实。 Resorcinol reacted with ethyl acetoacetate under microwave irradiation using phosphoric acid as catalyst to produce 4-methyl umbelliferone. 7-Ethoxyl-4-methyl coumarin was prepared from 4-methyl um- belliferone and alkyl halides via Williamson reaction using TBAB(tetrabutylammonium bromide) as catalyst after 65 min of microwave irradiation. The yield was 73.4%. The product structure was characterized by 1H NMR and IR.
