摘要
日本企业社会责任思想起源于江户时代早期,经历了二战后的"美国化改造",日本企业在实践中结合了美国的企业社会责任理论和自身的儒家基因,进入了战略性企业社会责任的发展阶段。通过对中日企业社会责任思想中儒家基因的比较,寻找到二者之间的差异并着重分析了日本经营者团体在其社会责任推动中的重要作用,为我国企业重拾古老而朴素的儒学传统,开展有中国特色的企业社会责任实践提供借鉴。
Japan's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) idea, dated back to Edo period in 16 -17 century, has undergone the "Americanization transformation" after World War II. By integrating the CSR idea of the A- merica and its Confucianism DNA in practice, Japanese enterprises have entered the strategic stage of CSR de- velopment. This paper compares the Confucian DNA rooted in Chinese and Japanese CSR ideas, finds out their differences, and focuses on conducting an analysis of the important role played by Japanese groups of op- erators in promoting their CSR, aiming at providing with references for Chinese enterprises to resume the an- ciently plain Confucian tradition and make the CSR practice with Chinese characteristics.
