摘要
[目的]探讨健康教育对行人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折病人的护理效果。[方法]109例人工全髋关节置换手术病人接受健康教育,由专人负责记录和统计病人术后接受健康教育的满意度。[结果]109例人工髋关节置换手术病人在健康教育后满意度为96.0%,无病人在住院期间发生人工关节脱位。[结论]实施健康教育能使人工全髋关节置换手术病人对护理工作满意度提高,降低人工关节脱位的风险,能有效促进病人康复和提高护理工作的质量。
Objective:To probe into nursing care of femoral neck fracture patients treated with artificial hip replacement.Methods:A total of 109cases of patients undergoing total hip replacement received health education,and the satisfaction of the patients receiving postoperative health education was recorded and counted by special persons.Results:The satisfaction of 109cases of patients undergoing total hip replacement was96.0%after health education,and no patients had artificial joint dislocation during hospitalization.Conclusion:Implementation of health education can make the satisfaction of patients undergoing total hip replacement improved and reduce the risk of artificial joints dislocation,and can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients and enhance the quality of care.
