摘要
品质管理涵盖了医院服务的各个层面,是在以患者为中心的基础上,实施的全过程的质量管理、持续质量改进和畅通化管理.通过构建医院三级品质管理组织机构,制订并形成了品质管理相关标准、评价指标及体系文件,并应用品质管理工具,从第三方视角客观地发现医院品质管理存在的问题,从而有力推动了医院品质发展,并使医院管理执行力和整体服务品质得到进一步提升.
Quality management covers every corner of hospital services, whtch uptaotas tUtl-proce~ quality management, continuous quality improvement and smooth management with patients at the center. By means of building a 3-tier quality management framework at the hospital, development of quality management criteria, appraisal indicators and documentation and use of quality management tools, quality management defects were identified from a third-party perspective. This effort has significantly improved quality of care at the hospital, and elevated the management execution and general service quality of the hospital.
