摘要
国有企业的改革是一个连续的、逐步深化的过程 ,具体问题很多 ,而证券市场的功能是有限的 ,并受制于经济改革的进程和证券市场本身发展的程度。所以 ,对国有企业来说 ,最重要的是根据各阶段经济发展的新特点 ,加强内部治理机制的调整 。
This paper argues that the reform of state- owned enterprise is a continuous and gradually deepening process with many problems.And the function of stock market iw limited by the process of development. Therefore, it is important for state- owned enterprise to adjust its internal management system and make good use of its external conditions, based on the featured of economic development in different periods, and to promote the reform.
