腹股沟管内异物合并嵌顿性斜疝1例
摘要
1临床资料患者，男，75岁，因右侧腹股沟难复性肿块、疼痛伴排便消失3小时急诊入院。术前诊断：①右侧腹股沟斜疝嵌顿；②肠梗阻。予术前准备后急诊手术治疗。
