摘要
工会是职工自愿结合的群众组织,是职工之家,是企业联系职工的桥梁和纽带,利用工会组织及其自身的工作优势,切实找准融入企业生产经营工作的切入点,不断丰富工作内容、方法和形式,在促进职工、企业共同发展的过程中,不断提升工会工作水平,提升工会在企业中的地位。
