摘要
他汀类药物是心血管疾病一级预防和二级预防中的基础用药,但现有证据包括ASCOT、PRINCE、CARE及REVERSAL等研究均提示,他汀类药物在独立于降脂作用外的多重药理作用,如抗炎、抗动脉硬化、保护血管内皮等作用在心血管疾病中也越来越受到重视.
Statins are the basic drugs in the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, but the exist-ing evidences from ASCOT, PRINCE, CARE and REVERSAL indicates that statins, beside the lipid-lowering effect, also possess multiple drugs effects, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerosis, protecting vascular endothelial and so on, these functions has been attached more and more attention in treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
