摘要
为了提高抛光磨削加工的效率,在分析抛光磨削加工运动的基础上,利用Preston方程确定影响磨削效率的因素,即磨块的目数、压力、磨头转速以及横梁摆动速度.以此4个因素安排正交试验并对试验结果进行方差分析,得出各因素对磨削效率的影响规律以及相应的主次关系,并提出最佳磨削因素的组合方式,从而为指导生产以及对抛光磨削的进一步研究都奠定了良好的基础.
In order to improve polishing efficiency, the influencing factors including grinding head speed, pressure, mesh number of grinding block and beam swing speed, are determined by Preston equation based on analysis of the polishing motion.
