摘要
在海南省儋州市的三药槟榔(Areca triandra Roxb)苗圃中发现一种为害严重的叶斑病。根据该病的病原菌形态特征以及ITS序列分析,鉴定该病原为克卢亚拟盘多毛孢菌[Pestalotiopsis clusiae(Griffon&Maubl)]。病原生物学特性分析发现,该病原菌菌丝生长的适宜温度为28℃,pH为6.5,适宜的碳源为D-麦芽糖和D-葡萄糖,适宜氮源为硝酸钾和硝酸钠;光暗交替有利于菌丝生长及产孢;孢子萌发的适宜温度为30℃,pH为5.5,孢子致死温度为50℃,10 min。采用含毒介质法对4种药剂进行室内敏感性测定,发现该病原菌菌丝生长对50%多菌灵(WP)敏感性最高,50%异菌脲次之。
Areca triandra(Areca triandra Roxb.) Pestalotiopsis leaf spot is an important disease in A. triandra, which can affect the growth and ornamental value of A. triandra. The pathogen was identified P. clusiae (Griffon&Maubl) by biological characteristics and molecular biology. The optimal temperature for mycelium growth was 28℃ and for conidial germination was 30 ℃, however the temperature higher than 50 ℃ was not beneficial for conidium. Acidic conditions conducive to the growth of pathogen, the optimal pH values for mycelium growth was 6.5 and for conidial germination was 5.5. 4 fungicides was screened in laboratory by hypha growth rate method. Carbendazim 50%WP and 50% Iprodione EC could restrain effectually the growth in Lab.
