摘要
从圆形堆场堆取料机的基本结构、工作原理入手,对比了仓式存储配料方式与侧堆桥取式的不同。实践证明,圆形穹顶式堆取料机具有场地利用率高,所需要设备少,运行成本低,堆取料作业无需设备的相对移动,工作效率高,料层混合更加均匀,穹顶钢构形式更加节省基建费用等优点,能为闪速吹炼提供了良好的运行条件。
This paper starts from the basic structure and working principle of the circular stacker-reclaimer, and compares the bunker storage and stacking mode with the lateral stacking bridge reclaiming mode. Practices prove that the circular dome-type stacker-reclaimer field is characterized by the high utilization rate, few needed equipment, low operation cost, no need for relative movement of equipment in stacking and reclaiming process, high work efficiency, more uniformly mixing of material layers, more saving of construction cost in the mode of dome-type steel structure and the like, and the machine is capable of providing excellent operation conditions of the flash converting.
