提高聚磷酸铵产品耐水性的探索研究

摘要 采用两种不同品质的聚磷酸铵,以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为包膜材料,制备微胶囊化聚磷酸铵。耐水性实验结果表明:普通品质聚磷酸铵原料在处理后常温溶解度由1.98下降至0.5269,耐水性能有明显提升。本研究为提高普通品质聚磷酸铵产品的耐水性提供了一条新途径。 Using two different qualities of ammonium polyphosphates,taking melamine formaldehyde resin as coating materials,microencapsulated ammonium polyphosphate was prepared.The water resistance experimen-tal results showed that solubility of ammonium polyphosphate with ordinary quality after treatment decreased from 1.98 to 0.5269 at room temperature,water resistance has been improved significantly.This study provided a new way is to improve the general quality of the water resistance of ammonium polyphosphate product.
