摘要
对于综采工作面来说,上隅角是最容易发生瓦斯积聚的,一旦综采工作面上隅角出现瓦斯超限就会严重影响煤矿的安全生产。通过对采煤工作面回风流瓦斯组成分析和上隅角瓦斯积聚成因的归纳,提出了综合治理上隅角瓦斯超限的方法。实践证明,对于综采工作面上隅角的瓦斯治理来说采用风障法导风和设置移动引射器等综合治理措施治理上隅角瓦斯超限,效果十分明显,对于综采工作面上隅角的瓦斯治理来说有一定的指导价值。
For fully mechanized mining face, methane accumulation is most likely to occur in the upper corner, which will affect the safety of coal production seriously once it occurs. By analyzing the composition of gas in return current and generalizing the causes of methane accumulation in upper corner of fully mechanized mining face, the comprehensive control method of gas overrun in upper corner is presented. Practice has proved that it is of obvious effect to control the gas overrun in upper corner by utilizing the comprehensive control measures of leading air with wind barriers, setting up mobile ejectors and so on, which is of certain guidance value for the gas control in upper corner of fully mechanized mining face.
