摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:将60例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,每组30例,分别标记为对照组、观察组。对照组患者给予西医治疗,观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组患者治疗有效率为66.67%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者并发症发生率为16.67%,观察组患者并发症发病率为6.67%,两组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床效果显著,并发症少,值得推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the integrative clinical effect in treating chronic urticaria. Methods：60 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases for each. The control group were treated with western medicine, the observation group were treated in the integrative therapy. Results： The effective rate of the observed group was 96.67%, in the control group patients effective rate 66.67%, significant different （P＆lt;0.05）. The control group was 16.67%for complications, the observation was observed of 6.67%, no significant difference between two groups （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative therapy for chronic urticaria has significant clinical effect, fewer complications, should be widely applied.
