摘要
克拉美丽气田火山岩气藏单井按无阻流量的1/4进行配产,其结果与实际生产情况相差较大,合理配产系数大小不一,规律性差。为确定合理的配产系数,指导新井配产,需对单井分类后分别进行优选。为此,在分析产能主要影响因素的基础上,利用试气、生产资料将单井分为3类;在利用单井动态模型法、产量不稳定分析法、物质平衡与产能方程联合法并考虑最小携液产量的基础上确定了单井的合理产能,进而分别对3类井的配产系数与试气无阻流量的关系进行研究,发现它们具有良好的对数关系。利用该方法指导克拉美丽气田的配产,取得了良好的效果。
The well proration of volcanic gas reservoir in Kelameili Gasfield was established based on 1/4of open flow,it was much difference with actual production.Thus the reasonable proration coefficient was not uniform with poor regulation.In order to determine the reasonable proration coefficient and guide the new well proration,it was necessary to classify the wells and then optimize them respectively.Therefore on the basis of analyzing the main influencing factors of productivity,gas test and single well data were deployed to divide single well into 3types.The reasonable single well productivity was established based on the single well dynamic model method,production instability analysis method,material balance and productivity equation combined with the minimum liquid carrying yield,then the relationship between proration coefficient and open flow of gas testing of the 3types of well was researched respectively,it was found out that it had good logarithmic relationship.The method is used to guide proration of Kelameili Gasfield and good effect is obtained.
