摘要
将市政脱水污泥(含水率约为80%)与食用菌产业废料(蘑菇土)混合搅拌,采用好氧发酵槽进行快速生物干化处理,可充分利用污泥中的有机质和其他营养成分,实现污泥的无害化和资源化处置。应用结果表明:具有良好透气性的污泥堆料在6~9h内快速升温至55℃。通过调整曝气模式和发酵温度,堆料维持在50~55℃的时间超过5d,且中心温度最高可达80℃以上;堆料含水率降至40%以下所需时间仅为7~10d,且全程无需进行翻堆操作。经过上述处理后,污泥干化产品符合《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置园林绿化用泥质》(CJ248-2007)标准。
The aerobic fermentation tank was applied for rapid biodrying of a mixture of municipal dewatered sludge (moisture content was about 80% ) and industrial waste from edible fungi (mushroomsoil), which could make full use of organic matter and other nutrients in sludge and realize greater harmlessness and resource recycling in sludge treatment. The results showed that the temperature of composted sludge with good air-permeability quickly rose to 55℃ in 6 to 9 h. By adjusting aeration mode and fermentation temperature, the temperature of the whole composted sludge was maintained at between 50 to 55℃ for over 5 d, and the highest temperature recorded was more than 80 ℃ near the center of the pile. The time required for decreasing moisture content to less than 40% was only 7 to 10 d, and pile-turning operation was not needed during the whole biodrying process. After treatment, the product could meet Disposal of Sludge from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant--Quality of Sludge Used in Gardens and Parks ( CJ 248 - 2007 ).
