摘要
论述了水土保持与生态环境的关系 ,分析了水土流失对生态环境造成的严重影响和由此造成的经济损失 ,搞好水土保持不但可以改善生态环境 。
The relation between soil and water conservation and eco environment construction is elaborated here by analysing the severe effect of soil and water losses on eco environment,and economic losses caused by soil and water losses.The work of soil and water conservation is well done,which not only can improve eco environment more efficiently but also can raise the people's living standard gradually.
