摘要
目的分析某焊接车间焊接过程中使用移动式烟尘净化器前后的主要职业病危害因素检测结果,了解其净化效果。方法收集分析工作场所职业卫生调查资料及工作场所职业病危害因素检测资料等。结果使用前各检测点主要职业病危害因素的C-TWA值超标严重,使用后各检测点的职业病危害因素的C-TWA均符合国家职业接触限值要求。结论使用移动式烟尘净化器能有效控制焊接工作场所的有毒物质,值得推广应用。
Objective To analysis the test results of occupational hazard factors in welding process Pro- and-Aft using the mobile dust purifier in a welding workshop and to understand the purification effect. Methods To collect and analysis the workplace occupation health survey data and occupation hazards detection data. Results The C-TWA values of main occupational hazards in all detection points highly exceeded the standards before using the purifier, but met the requirement of national standard after using. Conclusion The mobile dust purifier could effectively control the poisonous substances in the workplace and it was worthy to be popularized.
