摘要
自国家颁布一系列政策实施"异地高考"以来,我国流动人口随迁子女升学考试问题取得了突破性的发展。教育公平理论、社会公平理论和社会冲突论均为实施"异地高考"政策提供了理论依据。而保障教育公平、促进社会合理流动、维持社会正常秩序等现实诉求也加速了"异地高考"方案的出台。与此同时,由政府、社会、专家组成的社会支持体系也成为了"异地高考"稳步推进的重要保障。
Since the government implemented a series of policies about the "Migrant Students to Sit College Entrance Exam in Cities", the problem that the migrant workers' children in the local participate has made breakthrough, educational fairness theory, social equity theory and social conflict theory provide theory basis. The demands of protect educational equality, promote the rational flow of social and maintain society order accelerated the scheme of "Migrant Students to Sit College Entrance Exam in Cities". At the same time, the social support system is composed of the government, society; experts also become an important guarantee for "Migrant Students to Sit College Entrance Exam in Cities".
