摘要
目的：了解静脉肾盂造影的临床价值。方法：对200例静脉肾盂造影进行回顾性分析及临床对比,全部采用静脉注射碘海醇造影剂50 mL,在透视下及摄片下观察。结果：200例患者男性120例,女性80例,年龄14~80岁,平均55岁,重度积水60例,中度积水90例,轻度积水50例,输尿管结石伴狭窄阻塞150例,输尿管占位5例,膀胱占位5例,肾结核20例,输尿管狭窄20例。结论：静脉尿路造影对泌尿系统疾病及功能观察具有重要的临床价值。
Objective： To assess the clinical significance of pyelophlebography. Methods： A retrospective analysis and clinical comparison of 200 cases of pyelophlebography was made through intravenous injection of iohexol contrast medium（ 50mL）,with the results observed by diaphanography. Results： Of 200 cases of pyelophlebography（ 120 males and 80 females, aged 14- 80 and 55 on the average）,there were 60 cases of severe nephrohydrosis,90 cases of moderate nephrohydrosis,50 cases of mild nephrohydrosis,150 cases of ureteral calculus complicated with stenotic ureteral blockage,5 cases of ureteral tumour, 5 cases of urinary bladder tumour,20 cases of nephrotuberculosis and 20 cases of ureterostenosis. Conclusion： Pyelophlebography is of great clinical significance for the observation of diseases in urinary system.
