摘要
某框架结构工程将结构顶层局部改为多功能展厅,使得原结构主方向框架梁由8m两跨变为16m单跨,在托梁拔柱改造中采用主、被动相结合的加固方式。其中体外预应力技术属于主动受力加固,在原构件的基础上施加与荷载相反效应的等效荷载,避免结构二次受力造成的应力滞后效应。该方法施工周期短,经济效益高,在类似的工程改造中值得借鉴。
The top storey of a frame structure will be partially reconstructed into a multifunctional exhibition hall, and the frame beam along the main direction of the original structure is changed from two spans which are 8m long into a single span which is 16m. Active and passive composite reinforcement concept is adopted for supporting beam and remo- ving column reconstruction. External prestressing technique belongs to active force bearing reinforcement and it adds an equivalent load of reverse effect to the original component, to avoid stress lag caused by secondary force bearing of the structure. This method has short construction period and high economic benefit, providing valuable references for similar reconstruction project.
