香根草生长适宜性与抑螺效果研究

摘要 香根草是世界上公认的水土保持植物,但作为抑螺植物材料尚属首次。研究了香根草在4种典型生境条件下的年生长格局及抑螺效果。结果表明:香根草具极强的分蘖能力,每丛分蘖数在9株以上,能在1年内成为优势草本群落;在水肥条件好时,分蘖数和高生长明显增加;在水肥受限时,高生长受限,但地下生物量明显增加;香根草叶24h、48h的LC50(半致死浓度)值显示,其灭螺效果低于夹竹桃叶,而高于枫杨叶。综合分析表明,香根草能成为山丘型血吸虫疫区最理想抑螺草本植物,可在同类地区推广。 Vetiver grass is well recognized worldwide as an ideal plant for soil and water conservation, this study is the first time to use the grass for inhibiting snails. Growth performance and effect of snail control of the grass in 4 typical habitat conditions were studied. The vetiver grass displayed extremely strong sprouting capability, and each grass cluster can produce more than 9 sprouts yearly. The grass became dominant within a year. In good water and fertilizer conditions, the number of sprouts and height growth of the grass was increased significantly, while in poor water and soil conditions, the number of sprouts and height growth were both limited, but the underground biomass increased significantly. LC50 values (Half lethal concentration) of 24 and 48 hours indicated that the toxicity of leaf extracts of vetiver grass was lower than that of oleander, but higher than that of Peterocarya. The results proved that vetiver grass was an optimal herb species snail control in epidemic areas of the snail in mountainous and hilly region.
