摘要
通过优化上、下道工序流程,对柳钢现有的物资、经销、财务、质量、计量、物流等信息系统进行适应性改造,开发相应数据接口逐步整合为柳钢物流管理系统。介绍了该系统的主要功能、运行效果、存在问题,并提出下步改进计划。
The present information systems of materials, sales, financial affairs, quality, metering and logistics were carried out adaptive reformation and developed corresponding data interface to integrate into the logistics management system step by step through optimizing the upstream and downstream process flow. The main functions, working effects, existing problems of that system were introduced, and the future improvement program was put forward.
