摘要
目的:探讨Supreme喉罩置入与气管插管全麻在假体隆胸手术中的效果比较。方法:将60例患者随机分为气管插管全麻组(Ⅰ组)和Supreme喉罩全麻组(Ⅱ组),每组各30例,比较2组患者的麻醉效果及血液动力学变化。结果:插管和拔管时Ⅰ组的MAP、HR明显升高,Ⅱ组的MAP、HR的波动明显小于I组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组苏醒时躁动、术后咽喉不适少于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论:Supreme喉罩置入下全麻用于假体隆胸术效果满意,血液动力学变化较稳定,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the effect of Supreme laryngeal mask airway and that of endotracheal intubation on general anesthesia in prosthesis breast augmentation surgery. Methods Totally 60 patients were equally divided into endotraeheal intubation general anesthesia group （Group I ） and Supreme laryngeal mask airway general anesthesia group （Group II ）. The anesthesia effects and hemodynamics changes in the two groups were compared. Results MAP and HR in Group I increased obviously when intubation and extubation were performed, and had changes significantly more than those in Group II, with P〈0.05. The incidence rates of the restlessness on awakening and throat discomfort in Group II were statistically less than those in Group I, with P〈0.05. Conclusion Supreme laryngeal mask can be successfully applied to general anesthesia in prosthesis breast augmentation surgery with few hemodynamics changes, and thus is worth popularizing clinically.
