摘要
培育高产稳产、抗病虫棉花新品种,解决广大棉区枯萎病和黄萎病逐年严重发生、棉花产量低等突出问题,探讨培育高产稳产品种的新思路。利用杂交方法,将海岛棉的优良性状转育到陆地棉中,培育综合性状优良的母本南36,转育抗虫基因培育抗虫棉父本南21;配制、鉴定筛选优势组合(南36×南21)F1即冀棉3536,2008年通过河北省农作物品种审定委员会审定。冀棉3536高产稳产,高抗枯萎病、耐黄萎病,抗棉铃虫,综合性状优良。其高产稳产的关键在于不孕籽数量少,铃重高且稳定。冀棉3536的育成,为不孕籽性状列入棉花新品种的选育性状提供了依据。
It is of great significance to foster new thinking about breeding new cotton varieties with high and stable yield, disease as well as insect resistance, which will contribute to resolve problems like increasingly serious wilts and low yield in vast cotton region.Jimian 3536 was developed by crossing Nan 36 （female） with Nan 21 （male）, which was determined by Hebei Breeding Examination and Approve Committee in 2008.Nan 36 got the fine properties from Gossypium barbadense and Nan 21 was selected from insect-resistant transgenic progeny by cross-breeding method.Jimian 3536 possessed the characteristics of high and stable yield, high resistance to Fusarium wilt, resistance to Verticillium wilt and cotton bollworm.The key to high and stable yield is few sterile seeds as well as heavy and stable cotton bolls.Therefore, it provides a basis for new variety breeding with sterile character.
