中西医结合治疗反流性咽喉炎40例临床观察 被引量：14

摘要 目的:观察贝母瓜蒌散联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法:选择80例经咽喉部检查及胃镜检查诊断为反流性咽喉炎的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在奥美拉唑与莫沙必利治疗的基础上应用贝母瓜蒌散加减,对照组单纯应用奥美拉唑与莫沙必利治疗。2组均治疗8周后观察比较临床疗效与返流症状指数和反流体征评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义。2组治疗后反流症状指数(RSI)和反流体征评分(RFS)均较治疗前有明显改善,治疗组改善优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗反流性咽喉炎具有较好的临床效果,值得进一步研究。
