摘要
棉花是关系到国计民生的重要战略物资,棉花产量受多种因素影响,通过分析各生产因素对棉花产量增长的贡献率,可以找出促进棉花产量增长的根本因素,为保障棉花市场供给提供理论依据和决策支持。基于影响棉花产出增长的四个主要因素:土地投入、物质费用投入、劳动力投入、灾害,通过生产函数分别测算了各因素对棉花产量增长的生产弹性和贡献率。分析发现,科技进步对棉花生产中的贡献巨大,土地投入是影响棉花产出增长的首要制约因素,其次资本投入,劳动力和灾害对棉花产出的影响为负,最后提出找出相应的政策建议。
Cotton is an important strategic material related to national interest and people＇s livelihood. Cotton yield is affected by many factors. Through analyzing various production factors＇ contribution to cotton yield increase, the basic factors promoting cotton output growth were found out to provide theoretical reliance and policy support for ensuring the supply of cotton market. Based on 4 major factors affecting the cotton yield increase, i.e. land investment, material and capital investment, labor input, disaster. Using production function, this paper calculated the various factors＇ production elasticity and rate of contribution on cotton yield increase. The results showed that technology advance played a vital role in cotton production, land investment was the first restriction factor affecting cotton yiel increase, labor force and dizaster were the negative factors for cotton output. Before ending, the paper puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions.
