摘要
生物学是一门以观察和实验为基础的学科,因此实验技能在中学生物教学中具有重要的作用。文中围绕师范院校如何培养一批实验技能过硬的教师这一目的,分别从学校领导重视实验教学、加强教师和实验员队伍的建设、学生参与实验的准备工作、改革实验教学手段和方法以及完善实验考核办法等方面进行了探讨。
Biology is a subject based on observation and experiment, so experimental skill plays an important role in the high school of biology teaching. This paper focuses on how to cultivate a group of highly qualified teachers in Normal University. These includes that school leaders should pay attentiou to experimental teaching, strengthening the building of the contingent of teachers and laboratory as- sistants, students should participate in the experiment preparation, experiment teachers should reform the experimental teaching means and test.
