摘要
综合量化分析与评估电能质量,是衡量电能质量优劣和电价制定的主要依据之一,也是建立公平电力市场的必要条件,具有深刻的理论和现实意义。阐述了在新能源发电中的几种常用电能质量指标和电能质量分析方法,并在此基础上对目前并网中新能源发电系统的电能质量综合评估方法,进行了系统而全面的综述。
Integrative analyzing and evaluating power quality is one of main basis for weighing power quality and drawing power price, and is also a prerequisite for building a fair electricity market. Thus, it has profound meaning in theory and reality. Given this background, several indexes and the analyzing methods of power quality for new energy are introduced. Basing on these, the integrative evaluating methods of power quality are generally reviewed in this paper.
