摘要
为了统计华中地区雷电活动的分布，并通过实时监测雷电的发展趋势，指导判断线路是否遭受雷击故障及确定雷击故障点，为电力系统的生产运行、设计和科研提供服务，阐述了已建成的覆盖华中区域的雷电定位系统的特点和性能，并对系统的构成作了详细介绍。
：For the purpose of statistic of the lightning activities distributed in Central Chinaand in order to distinguish whether the line is struck by lightning and spot the exact lightning-strike fault point by monitoring the real-time movement of lightningand to serve the operatingdesigning and scientific research of power systemthe lightning locating system（LLS） covering the whole Central China Power Network has been established．This paper describes the system configuration of the LLS of the Central China．
