摘要
为了更准确、快速的测定批量土壤样品中的镉,建立电热恒温自动消解-石墨炉原子吸收测定的方法。试验结果表明,镉的浓度在0~8.0μg/L范围内呈线性相关,回归方程为A=0.0282C,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.09 mg/kg,加标回收率为95%~105%之间。方法灵敏度、准确度和精密度良好,能够快速测定大批量土壤样品中的镉。
In order to more accurate and rapid determination of cadmium in soil samples, batch set up automatic thermostatic digestion graphite furnace atomic absorption determination method. Test results show that the concentration of cadmium in 0 - 8.0 mu g/L range linear correlation, regression equation A = 0.0282 C, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9991, the detection limit of 0.09 mu g/L, and the recovery was between 95 % -- 105 %. Sensitivity, good accuracy and precision, this method can rapid determination of large quantities of cadmium in soil samples.
