下胫腓联合分离的诊治进展 被引量:1

摘要 下胫腓联合分离是踝关节骨折脱位的常见并发损伤,在所有的踝关节骨折中约占10%,在需要手术的踝关节骨折中约占25%.非手术治疗下胫腓联合分离易发生踝关节不稳、创伤性关节炎、踝关节功能丧失等后遗症.手术固定是当前治疗下胫腓联合分离的有效治疗方式.但现在手术固定方式多种多样,对下胫腓联合分离最好的固定方式一直备受关注.现就下胫腓联合分离的诊治进展综述如下.
