摘要
利用水力学模型试验研究方法考察了武钢双流连铸中间包原方案的流场特性,并进行了流场优化,分析了各方案的中包流场特性和停留时间分布曲线(RTD曲线),得出了优化方案。结果表明:优化方案死区体积比Vd降至5.33%,较原方案降低了77.4%,平均停留时间Ta达到364.5s,较原方案增加了70.5s,优化后的中包流场更加合理,有利于夹杂物去除,是适合该双流板坯连铸中包的控流方案。
The original scheme flow behavior of 60 t two-strand tundish in WISCO was investigated by means of hydraulic model.Optimized scheme was selected by analyzing flow field character and residence time distribution (RTD)curves of each scheme.The results showed that the dead volume of Vd decreased to 5 .3 3 % in optimized scheme, which was reduced by 77.4 % compared with the original scheme;and the average resi-dence time of Ta was 364.5 s,which was increased by 70.5 s compared with the original scheme.The flow field of optimized scheme in the tundish is more reasonable and is beneficial to removal of inclusions,which is more adaptive than the original scheme to the two-strand tundish.
