摘要
通过对黄铵铁钒法除铁和针铁矿法除铁原理进行分析,得出对氨法焙烧粉煤灰浸出液进行黄铵铁钒法和针铁矿法相结合的联合法除铁的工艺。对黄铵铁钒法除铁和针铁矿法除铁所涉及到的影响因素进行了分析,对高铝粉煤灰的浸出液采用此工艺进行了除铁流程实验,结果得到含铁小于20mg/L的硫酸铝溶液,满足了氧化铝生产的要求。
Through the iron removal principles of ammonium jarosite and goethite methods was analyzed,iron removal technique of combining ammonium jarosite with goethite method was proposed. Influence factors related to iron removal of ammonium jarosite and goethite methods were discussed. Iron removal experiment was taken by treating high aluminum fly ash digestion liquor through this technique. The results showed that the aluminum sulfate solu- tion treated was less than 20mg/L,whieh satisfied the industrial requirement.
